Policy and Fees

NUMUN VII Fees

The cost of attending NUMUN VII is composed of three parts:

Delegation Fee: Delegation fees are $60 for the first country delegation, $40 for the second delegation, and all other delegations are free.

Delegate Fee: The fee for each student attending the conference is $70.

Advisor Fee: The fee for each advisor accompanying the students is $40. One advisor for approximately every ten students will be required.

Conference Payment Policy

The following deposit is due at registration:

• Delegation Fees
• Half of the total Delegate and Advisor Fee balance

These fees finalize the registration process and reserve priority in the Registration queue. Country and committee assignments are not given to a school that has not paid its deposit to NUMUN.

Due at Conference Check-in:

• Remaining balance of Delegate and Advisor fees

Refund Policy
The Delegation Fees are a non-refundable administrative cost.

Schools have until the withdrawal deadline, February 19, 2010, to withdraw from registration and recover any paid delegate and advisor fee balances. A final delegate count with student names is required by April 11, 2010. This is also the deadline for requesting a refund if a decrease in the reported number of students and the number originally registered results in an earlier overpayment.
